Important Announcement to School Families

We are excited to announce that we have a new principal for St. Raphael School for next school year - Mrs. Julie Hayes.  Father Bob and the Search Committee are proud that our first choice to be our principal accepted the position last week.  We interviewed four candidates whose resumes and recommendations looked good for us.  After that we did two second interviews including a tour of the school.  From these we unanimously agreed on a first choice, namely Mrs. Hayes, who then was excited about accepting our position.

Mrs. Hayes has her MA in Catholic School Leadership from St. Louis University.  She has over 30 years of experience in Catholic education, at both the elementary and secondary level.  She has been principal the last two years at St. James the Greater School in St. Louis.

She will be looking forward to meeting all the faculty, students, and parents of St. Raphael School as soon as the current school year is over.  May God continue to bless all of us who are seeking to make St. Raphael Parish and School the greatest!
