Parent Teacher Conferences

CONFERENCE/REPORT CARDS

A scheduled parent/teacher conference will be held in early November.  Additional conferences may be held at a parent or teacher's request.  Teachers are usually available for scheduled conferences from 3:00-3:30 P.M. and 7:00-7:30 A.M. but not during class hours.  If possible, call, write or email the teacher one day in advance, stating the reason for your conference.  Preschool Report cards will be sent home twice a year, in January and May.  They measure developmental, social, and academic progress for preschool students.

Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences will be offered for the first time during the second semester. These conferences are optional, unless requested by your child's teacher(s).  The scheduled date is Thursday, February 16, 2012.  Please send into the school office your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices of times below.  Your conference times will be scheduled as first come, first scheduled basis.  If you have more than one child, please turn in your request time early so we can schedule your conferences together. You will recieve a note informing you of your conference time after it is assigned.  If you feel it is important that you see more than one teacher or would like more time with the homeroom teacher, arrangements must be made for a seperate day.  There will be no school on Friday, February 17, 2012 (Preschool will have a regular school day on Thursday and Friday).

All upper grade teachers (5-8) and specialty teachers will have open sessions, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm and 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm. These teachers will meet on the second floor.
